瓶盖扭矩计测试仪

1、反作用扭矩传感器与瓶盖扭矩试验台夹具集成在一起，以监控用于旋转瓶盖的扭矩。

2、扭矩传感器能够测量顺时针和逆时针扭矩，因此，它可以测量瓶盖的应用和拆卸扭矩。

3、扭矩信号可以通过FUTEK 的 IAA 系列放大器放大到 PLC，显示在数字显示屏（IPM650 或 IHH500）上，或使用 FUTEK 的 USB 解决方案直接传输到 PC端。

4、如果仪器与FUTEK的SENSIT™测试和测量软件配对，操作员可以在PC上记录，绘制和捕获所有数据。

5、QIA128是一款具有SPI输出的微型超低功耗数字信号调理器，可用于瓶盖扭矩测试仪系统集成。
